Over the past year, JM Tech Labs in partnership with Ittela Ali, have been hard at work developing a new software tool designed to improve the day-to-day work of property management professionals everywhere!
In March of 2022 we began the journey that has led up to this exciting launch of new purpose-built software for the industry. It all started with a realization that individuals responsible for managing properties lacked any serious tools to handle communications with their service providers and contractors. After identifying this possible gap in the market, we began interviewing as many professionals as we could to understand more deeply their needs when it comes to managing service requests and their outsourced contractors. What we found is that the vast majority of individuals, whether inside small or large organizations, mostly relied on email and phone communications to interact with their vendors and spreadsheets or notepads to track the work that needed to get done each day. This led to losing track of issues, inefficient use of time, incorrect vendors being contacted and ultimately a lower level of tenant satisfaction.
As software experts, we know things don’t need to be this way. So, we dove into designing and building a web-based application that would help property managers with this common problem.
Today we are extremely excited to announce the launch of a company called ReMendIt Inc.! This company, founded by JM Tech Labs Inc. and Ittela Ali, has been set up specifically to tackle the unique challenges that property management professionals face in their day-to-day work. The first product launched by ReMendIt is called ReMendIt for Property Managers and is being released as beta software today!
